There are 3 sections of shot for this drill. After each shot, the shooter will always go under the rim and start from there. Section 1: Run to corner around the cone for a 3 (both sides) Section 2: Run to the wing around the cone for a 3 (both sides) Section 3: Run up to the top of the key, catch and rip through to the elbow for a pull up (both sides) 6 total shots.
