Starting underneath the block out of bounds. Set up two cones to represent a defender's feet and two chairs at the elbow that are staggered. Make a triple crossover move finishing with the ball in the outside hand. Attack the elbow, make a dribble split crossover between the chairs and then finish at the rim.
Set up a chair at the 3 point line on the wing and at the elbow. Dribble at the first chair and make a crossover towards the middle. After the crossover move, take one more dribble then another quick crossover to a finishing move at the rim.
Starting in the corner 3 position, run towards the rim and receive a pass from your partner outside the lane and go right into a finishing move with no dribble. Run to the opposite corner 3, touch the sideline and repeat from that side.
