Starting behind half court and the partner starting near the 3 point line, the shooter will dribble at the partner in a one on one fast break situation. The shooter will shoot a pull up jump shot from wherever they can create enough space to get one off.
Starting at half court on the sideline, the shooter will run to the corner for a catch and shoot jump shot, the shooter will make ___ before advancing to the next 4 perimeter spots. After each shot the shooter will touch half court above the current spot they are at.
Place cones on both elbows and the middle of the FT line and a cone at the 3 point line behind each of the three cones. Start outside the cone on the elbow and back pedal/run forward making a W, after clearing the last set of cones catch a pass going downhill for a catch/one dribble jump shot. Then repeat going back the other way.
Start in the corner at the 3 point line. On the pass, make a one dribble pull up right, then make a one dribble pull up left, then make a catch and shoot 3 point shot. Repeat this pattern at the other 4 perimeter spots - wing, top, wing, corner.
