Crow Hop to In & Out with Cones
Set up a series of cones in a zig zag starting near half court with the pattern 2-1-2-1-2. Starting on either side on the outside cone, do an escape crossover toward the center cone and perform an in & out dribble at the middle cone, leading you to the opposite side. Do another escape dribble back towards the center into another in & out dribble at the middle cone and continue till the end of the cones. Finish with a jump shot or layup.
